Deliveries within Austria and Germany

Prices are shown including the legal country VAT.
Delivery charges Austria: EUR 5,90 up to an order value of EUR 90,-

Delivery charges Germany: EUR 6,90 up to an order value of EUR 90,-

Delivery period: normally 5-9 working days. We will ship your order within 3-5 working days, the subsequent transport and delivery time is normally about 2-4 working days. However, due to the high volume of parcels and the limited capacity in the distribution centres of the delivery services there may be delays with shipments at the moment.

Shipping and Delivery

Delivery free of charge from an order value of EUR 90,- Delivery charges: EUR 9,90 up to an order value of EUR 90,-.

Delivery period: normally 6-14 working days. We will ship your order within 3-5 working days. Subsequent postal delivery time is normally about 3-9 working days.

Shipping and Delivery

Delivery free of charge from an order value of more than EUR 200,- Delivery charges: EUR 12 for an order value between 100 and 200 EUR and EUR 25 for an order value below EUR 100,-

Delivery period 

is normally 8-21 working days. We will ship your order within 3-5 working days. Subsequent transport and delivery time is normally about 5-16 working days. 

Import Duties, Customs and Taxes

Any import duties, customs charges or taxes must be paid by the recipient.
Prices are shown net of any VAT or other taxes, duties or customs charges.

 

 

Currently PYSCIS does not sell to any other countries.

 

For all Deliveries to all Countries:

 

Standard Delivery

A shipping notification including tracking link is sent on the day of dispatch.

 

Due to the high volume of parcels and the limited capacity in the distribution centres of the delivery services there may be delays with shipments at the moment.

 

Claims Settlement

Within 5 working days after receipt of the shipment and including your customer number, please send a message to: info@pyscis.com

It is mandatory to include:

photo/s of the outer carton (even if it is not visibly damaged!)

photo/s of the address label with the consignment number of the damaged cartons or the cartons in which the damaged items were packed           

photo/s of the filling material of the outer carton

photo/s of the damaged items

 

More Information in case of damaged goods

It is necessary that the damage is reported to your local delivery company too as they have to create a damage report locally.

 

Where is my shipment?

In case that your shipment is not traceable, we ask you to inform us so we can arrange for an investigation.

As soon as an investigation is arranged, the deliverer is asked to search for the shipment and to deliver it where appropriate.

This should happen within 10 working days. According to our experience, we suggest to wait until then because in most cases the parcels are delivered within this period.

If no delivery happens within this time, we are happy to send you a replacement shipment or refund the order amount to the means of payment you used for your purchase.

If you do not want to wait for the expiry of the period of 10 working days, we are also able to refund the order amount immediately to the means of payment you used for your purchase.

In case that we refund you the money and the primary shipment will be delivered also, we will again charge you for the order or we have to ask you to send back the products to our address at your expense.
